We need a hardware fingerprint to issue your trial (or paid) vendor license, since the license is bound to a specific build machine. The fastest path: download the demo bundle, run rg_fingerprint from its tools/ folder on the machine where you'll build your product, and paste its output above. If you don't have it handy, send the message anyway — we'll ask in our reply.
